Here is our refund and return information:-

Cancellation of your order

In the event that you would like to cancel your order, we can indeed offer a refund if your order has not already been dispatched.

If your order is still with us, we will cancel your order upon notification from yourself and arrange a refund back to you as soon as possible.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, sadly, we cannot cancel your order. You are welcome to return your order back to us, but this will be at your own cost and we will refund you the original order amount that you paid.

My delivery is late or never arrived?

If your delivery is either late or has not arrived within the expected delivery timescale, please feel free to contact us.

We use Tracked Royal mail delivery service to send all items out and have no control over the delivery of your items once they have left us.

If you have not received your order within 14 working days, we will either look to replace the order or arrange a full refund.

My order has arrived damaged?

If this sadly happens, please contact us at help@sweecandy.co.uk, with your name, order number and images of the damage. On receipt of these, we will work with you to make sure that the issues are resolved.

I paid for next day delivery and it has not arrived?

If you paid for next day delivery, when we give customers this option, and it has not arrived by 9pm the next working day we will refund you the difference in postage costs from the standard delivery charge.

If you were out and Royal Mail could not deliver, they will leave a card with the relevant details by which you can either collect or rearrange delivery.
